Koala North West exists to provide children and their families with tailored practical and emotional support that improves wellbeing, reduces isolation and supports both children and caregivers to thrive.

‘Little Movers’ is a support group especially for young children with a physical complex need, delivered in a stimulating and fun environment.

‘Little Movers’ is about supporting and stimulating your child through music, movement and play, but most of all by having fun. Staff and volunteers work in partnership with NHS-trained physiotherapists who attend the sessions weekly, helping your child reach their full potential. Our parent's lounge offers a relaxed and non-judgemental atmosphere, with the opportunity to meet other parents in a similar situation.

The Group Offers:

• Fun positive play experiences
• Soft play and sensory room
• Garden and sheltered outdoor area so we can play outside whatever the weather
• Song and story time
• Social opportunities
• Makaton - to help promote early communication
• Physiotherapy by trained NHS Physiotherapist
• A parent's lounge for parents and carers to relax and meet other families
