Response is a confidential service for young people aged 13 to 19 years old. We offer a wide range of support in relation to Young People who are struggling with substances, alcohol, or their mental health. Many of the Young People who use Response have different needs that require a lot of support. Response will listen to you, hear what you are telling us, and try to support you in finding solutions.
Our services are accessible by calling our Duty Line for advice, guidance and referrals. We operate the duty line Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm on 0151 666 4123 or by emailing: Response@wirral.gov.uk you can also attend Response in person Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and ask for the duty worker.
