MSDP - Merseyside Society For Deaf People

We are here to advance equality for people with hearing loss across Merseyside. We provide specialist services in a range of communication methods for people who are d/Deaf, Deaf-blind or hard of hearing. Our team delivers community-based social care, duty drop-in sessions and environmental aids assessments. Our tutors provide specialist training in Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language as well as BSL interpreter support.

We are proud to be the home of one of the largest Deaf Social Clubs in the country. Our communities and many social groups are at the heart of everything we do.

Who is this aimed at?

This service is open to all those with hearing loss.



Our duty sessions take place Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.



Wirral Society of the Blind and Partially Sighted (WSBPS)  Ashville Lodge, Ashville Road, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 8AU.



Mornings from 9:30am to 12:30pm 

Afternoons from 1:30pm to 4:30pm



This is a free service.
