COVID-19

Following Government and Public Health Advice regarding COVID-19 we have had to temporarily stop all face to face meetings and the team have moved to home working. Our telephone helpline, live chat and advocacy service remain open, so please do still call us if you need help or advice

Telephone Helpline

We offer a confidential, supportive, non-judgemental and informative national helpline to all non-abusing parents and carers. Our helpline is run by trained and experienced volunteers. Lines are currently open daily from 10am to 2pm (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and 10am to 6pm (Tuesday and Wednesday). Helpline: 0800 980 1958

Counselling services

We provide a free counselling service that provides a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to help non-abusing parents and carers to feel supported and listened to. Find out more information here.

Training for Professionals

We offer training for professionals to further their understanding of child sexual abuse and develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in working with non-abusing members of families impacted by child sexual abuse. Find out more information here
