Grace Wellness CIC helps to equip people with the necessary tools to live in good health both physically and mentally. Offering Health Promotion activities to raise awareness, prevent and manage lifestyle related chronic diseases across the wirral with a particular focus (but not exclusive) to the BAME and marginalised people.

At Grace Wellness CIC, we deliver our Wholistic Health and Wellness programmes through sound evidence-based clinical practices within recognised clinical frameworks throughout the UK and beyond. Equipping people with the necessary tools to live in good health both physically and mentally. Health Promotion activities to raise awareness, preventing and managing lifestyle-related chronic diseases and cancers. Reducing the upward trends of chronic diseases, the burden of diseases on individuals and the NHS by empowering individuals on managing their conditions to live independent quality lives. Supporting individuals who are marginalised and in low social economic communities. We are a community interest company, not-for-profit.
