Join us for a day dedicated to Wirral’s Adult and Young Carers, inspired by this year's theme 'Putting Carers on the Map' by Carers UK. We look forward to meeting you all and hearing about your day-to-day challenges and your hopes for the future.
We will have a marketplace featuring various organisations, providing you with lots of advice and information (there may even be some special guests), light refreshments and other surprises.
