Movement and Bloom Social Walks is run by a local mum with a fabulous team of volunteers who are also mums themselves. We are all about bringing mums together for friendship and support, and that all-important mum chat.
We all know how vital peer support is for our wellbeing and how transformational to our mood getting out of the house can be. Our walks are a great way to socialise with other local mums, especially during those first few weeks of motherhood + they are free and usually involve a coffee at the end.
You are also very welcome to join the Movement and Bloom Social Walks Facebook group which includes regular updates on the Port Sunlight walk and other social walks in West Kirby, Hoylake, and Birkenhead Park:
The walks are free to attend and there's no commitment to attend every week, but we do please ask that you book in advance.
