Babies Welcome - We encourage you to bring your babies to our classes - siblings too!
We offer a wide array of different classes:
Exercise whilst pregnant can play an important role for you and the baby growing inside you.
The more gentle exercise you do, listening to your body at all times, the better you will feel.
It does not have to mean doing press-ups on the living room floor. Perish the thought!
Learn with us how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through remarkable changes.
Movement and Bloom prenatal fitness classes are run by a specialist in pregnancy exercise, giving essential peace of mind.
Our prenatal exercise classes are not one size fits all; they are tailored for your exact stage of pregnancy.
If you are 15 weeks pregnant you will not be doing the same exercises as other mums-to-be who are 35 weeks pregnant.
Our specialist prenatal classes are designed to help with whatever is happening to our participants.
This could include issues such as pelvic girdle pain, low blood pressure or gestational diabetes.
At Movement and Bloom, you will make many new friends sharing the pregnancy journey.
Post Natal Classes
At Movement and Bloom, we understand how it feels to have just had a baby. We’ve had several ourselves.
We know that post-natal exercise classes may seem like the last thing you want to do after pregnancy, childbirth and taking care of a new-born.
Movement and Bloom post-natal fitness classes, though, are not your average classes.
You don’t have to worry about childcare or leaving your child at home because we encourage you to bring your baby along.
The whole session is as much a social activity as it is a fitness class.
You’ll be so busy interacting with other mums and bonding with your baby that you’ll barely even notice that you are also getting stronger, leaner, and fitter.
Our post-natal fitness class is a mix of cardio, strength and core exercises on the floor and on a mat.
The exercises focus on rebuilding strength in your core and pelvic floor, as well as increasing flexibility and toning arms, core, calves and glutes.
Classes have a particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training – the muscles you need to take care of your growing baby.
Buggy Babies are glorious outdoor postnatal classes designed specifically for mum and baby.
Power walking in stunning surroundings with our babies in their pushchairs.
The classes also include exercises designed to tone, shape and get you fit.
Stops along the way for resistance exercises using benches, steps and resistance bands, working the upper and lower body.
Take advantage of our beautiful Wirral and Cheshire countryside, exercise with your baby, and meet other mums.
Buggy Babies will quickly become a highlight in your week!
Classes are different every week.
Post natal exercise
Helps banish the baby blues, gets that pelvic floor working again, zaps the post-pregnancy tummy, helps you get to know your post baby body, get back into those pre-pregnancy jeans and have a mental break, keeping you sane.
Prefer a one to one class?
If you can’t make it to any of our group sessions, you’d like to have your classes tailored just to suit you, or you’re one of a group of friends who would like to work out together, our one-to-one sessions might be just what you need.
